The Greater Cincinnati Business Advisory Council (GCBAC) is proud to celebrate an incredible milestone—earning the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce’s 3-Star Business Advisory Council Award for the third consecutive year. This “Three for Three” achievement reflects the unwavering commitment of our educators, business partners, career connectors, and community organizations who continue to transform career-connected learning across our region.

What began as a collaborative effort to bridge education and industry has grown into one of Ohio’s leading regional Business Advisory Councils. Today, the GCBAC serves 36 school districts across Hamilton, Clermont, and Butler counties, engaging more than 103,000 students and 3,800 educators through meaningful career exploration, work-based learning, and employer partnerships. Together with our business and industry partners, we are creating authentic opportunities that prepare students for success beyond graduation.

This recognition is about far more than earning stars. It represents years of intentional collaboration, innovation, and a shared belief that every student deserves access to high-quality career experiences.

As we celebrate this “Three for Three” achievement, we remain focused on what comes next. Our vision is to continue expanding opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that every student has access to meaningful career-connected learning experiences. Together, we are not only preparing students for the future but also building the future workforce of Greater Cincinnati.
